Customer Success Manager
You will directly work with customers to improve their experience with the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Engage existing customers proactively to assist with projects.
- Train new users and provide updates when new features are released.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests.
- Develop and improve processes for customer support and training.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
- Some experience in programming (e.g. Capstone in CS)
- 3+ years of experience working with technical enterprise customers
